Month One  ~ Discovering

Where are you now?

In our first month together, we gently explore what is and isn’t working in your life. We look at the conscious and unconscious beliefs shaping your current experiences, and begin to identify the patterns, stories, or energies that may be holding you back. This foundation helps us understand where you are and what your heart is truly longing for as we move forward together.

Month Two - Choosing

In month two, we explore the blocks, old patterns, and false ideas that have been weighing on you. You begin to notice what truly brings you joy and what no longer resonates with who you are becoming. As clarity rises, you start to recognize your unique gifts and gently reconnect with your truth and authentic self.

Month Three - Creating

In month three, we build upon everything you’ve discovered in months one and two. With greater clarity and awareness, you begin choosing the specific steps you’re ready to take and the modalities that best support your movement into manifesting and creating.

You become more able to sit in your own power, trust your inner guidance, and consciously shape a life that reflects your truth, your joy, and your connection with Spirit.

Each session is one hour, and most people find that meeting once a month offers a gentle, steady rhythm for growth. The cost for each session is $75.

Between our meetings, you’ll receive supportive home practices to help you continue moving forward. These may include affirmations, journaling prompts, prayer, meditation, or forgiveness mantras—always tailored to your needs and offered at a pace that feels comfortable and honoring where you are.
