Month One - Discovering
Where are you now?
In month one we look at what is and isn't working for you and how conscious or unconscious beliefs are contributing to your current circumstances.
Month Two - Choosing
What are you choosing to keep and what are you letting go?
In month two we explore your blocks and false ideas.
You notice what brings you true joy and what is not resonating with you. You begin to become aware of your unique gifts and begin to connect with your truth and authentic self.
Month Three - Creating
How are you using your personal power and connection to Spirit to create a life of joy and authenticity?
In month three we build on what you have learned in months one and two. You choose what specific steps you are taking and what modalities you are using to move into manifesting and creating. You are more able to sit in your own power and follow your own guidance.
Modalities Used
Each time we meet, you receive suggested home practices to assist you in moving forward. Some suggested practices may be affirmations, journaling, chanting, praying, meditations or forgiveness mantras. We always follow your lead and level of comfort.
